i was really surprised by the hotel's great location.. it is a short walk to many shops and tourist sights. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful with directions. i arranged a taxi to the airport through the reception, and the price was reasonable.
The wellness area requires a reservation for only one hour per day.

My experience was excellent. The provided car parking service proved excellent. The staff displayed really good friendliness and attentiveness. The suite had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The room facilities were AMAZING!!!

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The breakfast included an excellent selection of pastries and yogurts. The on-site spa offered a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring. I found the staff quite helpful and polite.

The hotel provides underground parking. A staff member parks the car. Our room was spacious. The bathroom had a big walk in shower. That was nice. The housekeeping services was very friendly.
The wellness is too small. They allow only one hour per day and requires reservation.

the location was acceptable , and it was an easy walk to various places.
I was given a higher price than what was listed on bookings.com. the manager seemed disinterested in resolving this , and displayed poor customer service. this experience has made me reluctant to return , regardless of the hotel's other qualities.
